Support contract holders receive an emergency contact number for out of hours faults. Messages left outside business hours are answered on the next working day.

Bring the sensor or a representative sample, the datasheet, your current wiring as built and a description of the condition that produces the suspicious reading. If you have existing data, bring a sample export. If the hardware cannot travel, photographs, terminal list and a signal recording are enough for us to rebuild much of the condition in the Taylorsville room.
Yes. A large share of our engineering work is delivered remotely through secure data review and remote bench access. A remote session pairs your team with our engineers over a screen share while our bench runs the reproduction, and the same measurement records are produced as for an in person visit. On site work is available for larger installations.
Discovery calls are usually scheduled within a few business days. A focused bench session can often be reserved within one to two weeks, while a full design engagement begins after a statement of work is agreed. Support contract holders with an urgent measurement chain fault receive priority scheduling under their response commitment.
